Pop Art is the “over the top“ or the “too cool for school” friend of the art world however, for good reasoning. In the mid 1950’s an art movement was created to break barriers, test, and challenge traditional fine art. Very rebellious, right? Thanks to the POPular and commercial culture, it is the reason for the birth of Pop Art.
